It is available and needs some restoration.
Don't ask for more photos because these are the only ones I have. I tried to photograph as much as possible. If you like walking you will enjoy the many paths in the woods leading everywhere.

Cheap place to live.
It is in one of the many little villages in the Regional Park "Roccamonfina-Foce del Garigliano". Peaceful and relaxing places. A perfect place to enjoy a comfortable retirement or to spent holidays any time of the year.
Age-old traditions in a non-polluted environment, relax among trees, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities like Rome or Naples.
You can spend a day in one of the world-famous places.
Examples:
Rome (about an hour and a half by train or about one hour by car)
Naples (about 50 minutes by car or about an hour and a half by train)
Pompei-Ercolano archeological areas, Sorrento, the Amalfi coast (about an hour and a half by car or about two hours by train), Montecassino Abbey (about 20 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train).

Ski slopes nearby:
Roccaraso (AQ) -> about 1h 25m by car.
Campitello Matese (CB) -> about 1h 35m by car.

Nearest airports:
Capodichino (Naples) -> about 70 km by motorway (there are also trains and busses)
Ciampino (Rome) -> about 120 km by car, about 2 hours by train (fast trains do not stop in Ciampino)
Fiumicino (Rome) -> about 175 km by car, about 2 hours and a half by trains

Nearest train stations:
Tora-Presenzano -> about 9 km
Mignano Montelungo -> about 10 km
Vairano-Caianello -> about 19 km (also busses)
Cassino -> about 27 km

Annual property tax about €50,00. (only if you have another property in Italy).

The house is about 200 m² (square metres).

Facilities are close. You have small shops but also shopping centres nearby.

The house consists of two independent flats with a fireplace in one of them. A basement once used to keep wine or other products fresh.
