The apartment is located at the Italian first floor of very nice building with no elevator. It has been recently renovated, the interiors are spacious, furnished with care and very bright from the morning till the late afternoon. Each room is equipped with attention to the smallest details, from the parquet floor to the style furniture.
When you enter the apartment you are in a corridor, leading up to the living room, kitchen and dining area to the right, bedroom and bathroom on the left.
In the living room you will find a large and comfortable sofa, which becomes a standard double bed with orthopedic mattress (7 inches thick), a single sofa bed, a large dinner table that can accommodate up to 5 guests and a 50” led television.
The kitchen comes with induction stoves, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dish washer, refrigerator, freezer, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker.
The bedroom contain a king size double bed with orthopedic mattress and memory foam pillows.
Fully equipped bathroom with: bath towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror soap and shampoo.
All the rooms are equipped with Air condition, independent heating and Wi-Fi broadband internet access. We will be happy to supply a baby cot and high chair on request.
The apartment is located in a very quiet street, both day and night, where everything is close at hand: supermarkets, shops, ATMs, pharmacies, libraries, bars and restaurants of all kinds.
