It is located in the physiographic region known as the Northern Chaco, characterized by its semi-arid scrubland vegetation where Quebracho Blanco and Coronillo predominate in the upper stratum.
The soils belong to the Regosol and Arenosol groups, grayish-brown in color, with a sandy surface texture, good drainage, and medium fertility. It has the shape of a regular polygon, and the terrain is undulating.
DESCRIPTION OF IMPROVEMENTS
Pastures:
1,600 hectares (paddocks). Cleared using a snail-shaped system and subsequently worked for mechanical weed and pasture control, plus 500 hectares with fencing in fair condition.
On the eastern boundary, approximately 180 hectares were prepared for the eventual production of hay bales.
Fencing:
Conventional. 5 and 4 smooth strands. Hardwood posts every 6 m, 3 intermediate rocker arms. Fair condition. Perimeter: 24 km; Internal
Water sources: 1 artesian well (210 m deep). Installation of 8 solar panels and
a 25,000-liter storage tank, 2 fiberglass tanks with a capacity of 10,000 liters each.
The system is completed with 3 circular cement drinking troughs with a capacity of 20,000 liters each and 10 prismatic drinking troughs with a capacity of 2,000 liters each, fed by 12 km of 2-inch pipes.
